- Dry-salted beef with rocket and parmesan
- Pasta quills with tomatoes, feta cheese and basil





Dinner :
- Salmon quiche with courgettes and leeks
- Roast of monkfish tail with smoked bacon baked in foil





DAY 3 
Lunch  :
- Salmon tartare with avocado and apple
- Flat spaghetti with prawns, courgettes and saffron




Dinner :


- Raw beef carpaccio, with parmesan flakes and rocket oil  
- Vegetables lasagne




DAY 4
Lunch :

- Focaccia with San Daniele raw ham
- Carbonara spaghetti






Dinner :

- Prawns tails with lard and cannellini beans sauce  
- Sword fish with paprika baked in foil



DAY 5 
Lunch :
Cape Arrow Atlantica Pizza  

Dinner :

- Squids stuffed with potatoes  
- Tuna fillet in a pistachios croute  



DAY 6
Lunch :

- Swordfish carpaccio with fennel and orange salad 
- Little dumpling with botargo and tomatoes   





Dinner :

- Pumpkin, speck and chopped nuts risotto   
- Beef steak with mustard sauce  







DAY 7   
Lunch :

- Fried-pan squids with lemon and breadcrumbs
- Salmon delicacy with tomatoes and herbs  




Dinner :
- Lasagne with radicchio and smoked scamorza cheese 
- Escalopes with grepefruit and marsala wine  





DAY 8
Lunch :

- Octopus and potatoes salad  
- Spaghetti with squids, shrimps and curry vegetables  



Dinner:
- Grains and legumes soup  
- Beef Fillet with balsamic vinegar sauce




DAY 9 
Lunch :

- Bread and focaccia with culatello ham and dates
- Fresh pasta with pesto and tomatoes



Dinner :

- Shrimps and parsley omelette
- Sea bream in acqua pazza



DAY 10
Lunch :

- Gazpacho
- Seafood “paella”






Dinner :

- Cream of pumpkin, potatoes and leeks soup
- Saltimbocca alla romana (thin slices of veal filled with prosciutto ham and sage)




DAY 11
Lunch:

- Focaccia with raw Parma ham and dry figs
- Penne with vegetables sauce




Dinner:

- Bruschette with squids
- Slices of tuna with pesto sauce





DAY 12
Lunch :

- Beef straccetti with pan-fried rice
- Selection of cheese with sauces and jams




Dinner :

- Potatoes rösti with cheese sauce and smoked salmon
- Swordfish cutlet


DAY 13
Lunch :

- Tuna carpaccio
- Cous cous with fish, meat and vegetables 




Dinner :

- Penne alla norma  
- Crispy chicken with almonds







DAY 14 
Lunch :

- Kebabs of crispy prawns tails Short sleeves with tuna ragout






Dinner :

- Aubergine casserole
- Iberian suckling pig fillet on a pecorino cheese croute
